The Information Experts of Windey Appeared at The International Conference, Making China's Voice Heard!
During April 24 - 25, Denmark time, the annual plenary working conference of International Electrotechnical Commission Wind Power Generation System Technical Committee (IEC/TC 88) was successfully held in Denmark, experts from more than 30 countries such as Denmark, Germany, China, the United Kingdom and the United States in the field of wind power standardization attended the meeting. Under the leadership of Ren Jun, Secretary-General of the National Wind Power Standardization Technical Committee, a Chinese delegation formed by Windey's information experts and domestic wind power experts, attended this international conference in Denmark, and actively spoke for China at the conference.
As the convener of the IEC/TC 88 JWG 25 working group, this marks the first time that Windey's information experts "went out" to participate in a physical work conference, exchange view and discuss with the experts from other countries. At the conference, they met with Bertram Lange, Chairman of the International User Group of IEC 61400-25 series standards and reached an agreement, and will work with this Group to promote international standardization of the global wind farm monitoring communications.
IEC/TC 88 is a technical committee responsible for the international standardization of wind power generation systems, and is also an important standardization platform for various countries around the world to formulate international wind power standards. Windey's information experts, as the convener, have made a number of statements at international conferences. Speaking for China at the plenary conference held in Denmark, once again demonstrated professional technical strength and standardization work ability of China in the global wind power field.
As reported, the National Wind Power Standardization Technical Committee has submitted an application to IEC/TC 88 for hosting the 2024 plenary meeting, which will further showcase the development achievements of China's standardization work and deeply participate in the international standardization work. Windey will also continue to perform the relevant duties as a convener and member of the working group, help China's wind power technology, products, solutions and services to "go global", and continue to enhance China's standard voice and influence in the international wind power field.
