The Private Placement Project of WINDEY Approved by SZSE
On November 18, the application for the issuance of stocks to specified objects by Windey Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Private Placement Project" was successfully approved by the Listing Review Center of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE).
The issuance & listing review agency of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange believes that WINDEY's private placement project meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions and information disclosure requirements. Subsequently, this project will be submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission as per regulations for fulfillment of relevant registration procedures. The issuance of stocks to specific objects this time cannot be implemented until a decision on approval of the registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission is made.
Since its successful listing in 2019, Windey Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. (WINDEY) has fully leveraged the financing platform of listed companies, and has already raised funds for development through two approaches such as convertible bonds and rights offering. As WINDEY's third refinancing initiative, the fundraising through current private placement project will not only further increase the sources of capital supply and improve financial indicators, but also help enhance WINDEY's business expansion capabilities, effectively strengthen its comprehensive competitiveness, and provide a strong support for WINDEY to achieve high-quality development.
